CDKL5 Australia

Accessibility Statement

CDKL5 Australia is committed to making this site accessible to families, clinicians, and researchers regardless of ability. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across every page.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML for assistive-tech compatibility.
  • Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements with visible focus rings.
  • Sufficient colour contrast on text and interactive controls.
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion: animations are dampened or disabled when requested.

Known limitations

This site is in active development. If you encounter an accessibility barrier (a page that doesn't read well with a screen reader, text that's hard to read, or a control you can't reach with a keyboard), please tell us.

Get in touch

Email hello@cdkl5australia.com.au with the URL of the page and a brief description of the problem. We'll acknowledge within 48 hours and work to resolve issues that block access.

This page is a placeholder while our formal accessibility audit is in progress. The commitments above are real; the formal statement (with audit methodology and conformance details) will replace this content before launch.
